Kate is a Homeopath, Counselor and Naturopath in Preston, just 9km north of Melbourne. Kate is passionate about helping you take control of your family’s wellness and feel confident that you can navigate through life’s obstacles.

Kate’s natural health journey began in her early 20’s when she was introduced to Homeopathy. As a baby, Kate suffered from excema, followed by pneumonia, recurrent bronchitis, asthma and allergies.  She was prescribed antibiotics; sprays for irritated nose and of course ventolin, which made her nervous system feel like it was about to explode.  by the time I hit my 20’s.  Things began to turn around when Kate was introduced to Homeopathy and discovered what it was like to feel well.

That is when she began to learn:

• what remedies her body needed
• what foods did or didn’t agree with her body etc.
