Seville Butchers has been family run for three generations. This Yarra Valley Butchers, is owned and operated by Leanne Stewart. Leanne began her career with her father at the age of 5, making sausages. Her grandfather was also a butcher and her son is now a butcher. No wonder she wins awards for her sausages with all these great genes in the family.

Locally Sourced Meat: Our meat is locally sourced and grass fed – A better life for the animals makes it healthier for you! Our produce is 100% Australian and much of what we offer is from the Yarra Valley and neighbouring areas. Seafood Specialty Meats & Seafood: You will always see a great variety of traditional beef, pork, lamb and chicken products in our windows. If you are looking for a specialty item such as veal, duck, goat, kangaroo or even venison, we can order this in for you. We even get fresh Australian seafood in on Wednesday. We get fresh flake, salmon and flathead tails on a regular weekly basis. We always have an interesting selection of homemade meals made especially for that quick and easy dinner. If for some reason you don’t see what you are looking for, just ask one of our friendly staff members.

Prepared Meals: We have a huge variety of prepared meals that we make on the premises. Designed to save you time and provide a healthy alternative to fast food takeaway.
