Forest Edge is a restaurant in Gembrook, approximately one hour east of Melbourne’s CBD right on the edge of Yarra Valley. Set higher than its surroundings, this eatery offers outdoor and indoor seating, floor to ceiling windows that take in the breathtaking views and a cosy open fireplace inside. This establishment provides an indulgent setting for those who want more than just a place to eat.

The creative menu is designed around the availability of fresh local produce during the seasons and is carefully prepared on-site with the greatest attention to detail by our Executive Chef, Benjamin Smith. Originally from Kent in the South East corner of England, Ben moved to Australia in 2003 and has worked in some of Melbourne’s most elite restaurants before settling in at Forest Edge.
