Exerflex Body Toning is a small, friendly Mornington business committed to providing a unique service that combines a series of safe pilates based exercises with the assistance of machines called Shapemaster Toning Tables.
Ideal for men and women of any age group this system allows you to gently tone and shape up, whilst rebuilding muscle strength, mobility and flexibility. Exerflex offers a gentle alternative for those with conditions such as arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, diabetes or any joint or back condition.
Owner of the business Helen has had specialist training in the use of machine assisted exercise. She is more than happy to discuss the benefits and what is involved in the exercise sessions.
