Our Classes

Love our classes! Aside from being super-effective and driving results home, the vibe is sensational!

They are fun, non-intimidating as well as being capped at 8 to 12 and for the more technical classes we have 2 coaches to give the best technique coaching.

Our philosophy is to make these sessions as close to a one on one session as possible, while bringing like-minded women together to enhance your results.
